2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sige 777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made through GCash and Maya are typically credited to your sige 777 wallet instantly. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Bank withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. sige 777 reserves the right to extend processing times in cases where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Before processing any withdrawal, sige 777 may require complete KYC verification. Players must have wagered their initial deposit amount at least once before withdrawing. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. sige 777 is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (RA 9160, as amended). Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. sige 777 may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 sige 777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions may vary by game type.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion, or placing offsetting bets — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

5.4 sige 777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified of changes to active promotions via email or in-app notification.

5.5 Promotional offers may be subject to expiry dates. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 All bets placed on sige 777 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify bet details before confirmation. sige 777 will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a manifest technical error.

6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting event, sige 777 reserves the right to declare all affected bets void and refund stakes to player accounts at its sole discretion.

6.3 For sports betting, sige 777 follows industry-standard settlement rules for each sport and event type. Specific rules for each sport are available within the sports betting section of the platform.

6.4 sige 777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake and/or maximum payout on any bet, game, or betting market at any time.

6.5 In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, the records maintained by sige 777's systems shall be conclusive evidence of the outcome, subject to the outcome being consistent with the rules of the relevant game or sport.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sige 777 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with or manipulate the platform;
• Colluding with other players, whether in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable and will be forfeited;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the sige 777 platform;
• Using another person's account or payment method without their express authorization;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on deposits except in cases of documented unauthorized transactions.

10.3 sige 777 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sige 777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

11.2 sige 777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time the claim arose.

11.3 sige 777 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of harmful components. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1 sige 777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable.

12.2 Your continued use of the sige 777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-regulated entity, sige 777 is also subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
